Note: I don’t send the same email to all my leads, I often change the text to do some A/B test to find the best converting email.

Around 1.5% of my leads reply after getting my email and in most cases they convert (some in first attempt and some with extra effort).

I also send the non-replying leads couple of follow-up emails and around 3% of them reply after getting the third email.

    I use another tool but that dies almost same work. Love the email body you wrote. Isn’t 1.5% conversion rate a bit low? I do direct calls on their number ones they ask for a site audit

      Hi Shajjad, actually for this kind of project 1-3% conversion rate is great enough specially when you are trying to sell monthly recurring service. But I am also working on some conversion part and doing some A/B test for better conversion. Direct call is great but email reply help us identify their interest level, which help me prepare my next strategy.
