I wanted my team to be happy.
So I said yes to everything.
๐Ÿ’ฌ Want a day off? Sure.
๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ Deadline pressure? No worries.
๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ More flexibility? Absolutely.

Even when there was a heavy workload, I took stress alone.
Because I thought:ย If I push much, theyโ€™ll feel bad.

In reality, I was focused more on their instant happiness, not long-term growth.

๐—ฃ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒ ๐Ÿฎ: ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฒ โ€œ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜„๐˜๐—ต ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฟโ€ ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜.
I still care. Deeply. Even more than before.
But now I also challenge.
I set strict deadlines. I give real responsibility.
I push them, not to make them suffer, but to help themย realize their true potential.

Yes, it brings pressure.
But that pressure has created progress.
Theyโ€™ve learned more. Grown faster. Earned more.

I donโ€™t just empower with words anymore.
I empower with belief, trust, and accountability.
